This project involved the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a large family home with integral garage.
A bespoke New England Style timber framed design with a large open plan galleried living room, double height atrium and balconies in all principle rooms to exploit the views and create natural light throughout.
External walls are covered in dove grey painted weather boarding with cedar shingles covering the roof slopes.
We also constructed an infinity swimming pool with Aqua Rio Pools, building changing rooms and laying the terraces.
